(More customer reviews)I had never even seen a baby in cloth diapers before, but I wanted to start, so I ordered this kit. It has 36 unbleached prefolds, 6 diaper covers, 2 rolls of flushable liners, and an instruction book. The book is great - shows you step by step what you need to do to wash, use, and store the dirty diapers. You have to wash the prefold diapers 3 times before using - they get a lot smaller and softer as they go through the wash and dry cycles. I've been so happy with their absorbancy, ease of use, and cost. Even my husband was pleasantly surprised by how easy the switch was (this is our 3rd child and the first 2 were all disposables). When you think of a pack of diapers costing $20, this kit is pretty cheap. We may "upgrade" to the all-in-one diapers as our newborn gets larger and outgrows the covers(she's only 8 weeks old and 11 lbs.), but for the next couple of months, this is all we need. I would recommend them for anyone thinking of moving to cloth to "go green" and save some money.

Munchkin Travel Booster Seat Review

(More customer reviews)Found this at a Target Greatland store and was thrilled to see it in person. I had been trying to decide between this and the Jeep version. I was leaning more towards this one since there is a 50 pound weigh limit as opposed to Jeep's 45 pound weight limit.
Has 2 straps to secure behind and below a chair.
The bottom has grips.
The adjustable legs are pretty cool - you pull back the velcro, fold it back into the velcro on the bottom so those fabric pieces are out of the way. Lift the legs out and up, then push them down so they click into place - they are very sturdy when pushed in correctly.
Has a carry handle and shoulder strap.
Inside zippered compartment can hold quite a bit. I have a take and toss sippy cup, take and toss silverware in take and toss silverware container, soft travel pack of wipes, a small bib, and I am planning on putting more in there such as the biodegradable disposable placemats. Room for a few small toys. still room for probably a couple diapers (though we're potty training so I won't add those in). There is also one pocket in the storage compartment that I might put a thin book or travel sized coloring book/crayons in. You could fit larger items in the pocket, but keep in mind that takes away from the general storage capability of the rest of it.
The outside of the bag is black and a lime green (which I LOVE). The inside is the same as pictured here. (blue, white, purple, and lime green) Very cute and would work well with either a boy or a girl.
My daughter is 28 months old and weighs 28 pounds. She is a calm toddler, but I still believe an active child would do well in this seat. It's only a 3 point harness, so if you have a toddler that is good at getting out of those, it's probably not the best one for you. Then again, it's a travel booster seat so the short amount of time he/she might be ok.
The Jeep version of this has pockets on the outside sides for additional storage and this Munchkin version does not. But I didn't want something too bulky so this is perfect for me. The interior storage fits enough for us. I also wanted to make sure I would be able to fit this in a suitcase for flights and it will, no problem.

She chose this Emily diaper bag as her replacement. I gave it to her as a Christmas gift, and she loved it. It is cute, functional, sturdy, and has rec'd compliments from other young mothers. The color is indeed fun. It has been used for a year now, and is holding up well. She appreciates the fact that it is rather lightweight. Highly recommended.

Kelty K.I.D.S. Messenger Diaper Bag Review

(More customer reviews)This bag is an excellent middle-sized diaper bag.
The size (not mentioned above) is roughly 13" tall by 13" wide by about 5" deep. It's about twice as large as a smaller sized purse, about 2/3 the size of a laptop sized tote.
PROS:
* medium size works well for everyday use.
* front compartment is great for purse-type items while main compartment great for baby gear, thus getting rid of the need to carry two bags.
* many pockets of varying sizes makes it easy to organize things.
* flap top opening makes it easy to get into things one-handed
* well made with solid zippers, good cloth, sturdy seams, etc.
* one pocket in the main compartment is right up near the top and light-colored inside - perfect for items you often need right away and don't want to dig for.
* messenger strap/backpack straps both comfy - the versatility is very helpful, especially if parents prefer different styles of carrying the bag.
* can also attach to a stroller via clips that hide in side compartments. very helpful for long walks.
* plain black and gray color is good for those who don't like froufy and/or babyish diaper bags
* decent price for a good product.
CONS:
* plain black and gray is well...plain. kind of a boring-looking bag, truthfully.
* changing pad is not that great. does not fold flat once you put anything in the attached pouch. it takes up room in main compartment - i packed it into the backpack strap pouch on the back. it has no velcro on it and just sort of flops open. also, it's not very big. oh well, i didn't buy the bag for the changing pad.
* front flap is one giant pocket, but the opening to that pocket is a 4" size zip pocket on the left side. this means either you stuff something big into that pocket through a small opening (like a blanket) OR you put small things into the giant pocket and they rattle around (like my keys). it would have made more sense for the whole pocket to zip open at the top OR to have divided up that space into multiple small pockets.
* while parts of the interior are light colored, most of the interior is black, which makes it harder to see things.
SUMMARY: Overall, a good product, far better than most diaper bags I've seen (and I've looked around a lot). Just a few tweaks would have made it pitch perfect for me.

Jolly Jumper Stroller Clip 2 Pack Review

It's so hard to get my purse and shopping bags out of the hook because of that latch. One of my bags has thick straps and it doesn't even fit in the hook because of that security latch.

(More customer reviews)I needed a stroller organizer for my umbrella stroller, but couldn't decide on the different brands available; so I purchased 4 of the brands available. 1) Munchkin Stroller Organizer for $12.99 2) JL Childress Cups N' Cargo Stroller Organizer $20.37 3) Sunshine Kids Attachable Stroller Mate Organizer $6.99 4) Jeep Stroller Tote Bag $14.99. The best one out of the bunch? The Sunshine Kids one for only $6.99! I compared each one side by side. They all have the same mesh bag, but the sunshine kid is longer by 2 inches and has 2 cup holder that fit an average size sippy cup. The jeep bag only has one cup holder. It also has 3 other pockets, 2 of them zippered, good for storing small items. All of them uses velcro to close and attach except the JL childress uses clips to attach to the stroller. The next one i would choose after the Sunshine Kids brand would be the Munchkin brand. The munchkin brand's 2 cup holders are bigger. I gave the sunshine kids brand 5 stars because overall it has all the same qualities as the other bags, but for $6.99!

(More customer reviews)I like this product, but thought it would be more like the LL Cole Pod's systems. This definatly isn't. Made of good quality material though. And the designs are super cute. I work outside of the home, so my baby has most of his essentials at the daycare providers house, so this is perfect to slip into my purse to have the essentials during my travels. Also great when you don't want to lug around your huge diaper bag. These bags only fit the wipes and the diapers, nothing else. I would prefered if I could also fit a diaper rash cream tube in there as well. But good quality product.

(More customer reviews)I was mostly disappointed with the shipping time of this product. From the day I ordered it, it didn't get processed from the shipper's facility until 8 days later!! Almost as if it was forgotten. Once it was picked up by UPS, shipping was 3-4 days. So we waited 2 weeks for this to arrive to us!
Aside from the shipping issues we had, when we recieved the product it was not exactly what we had expected. It was a LOT thinner then we had imagined it to be. The "mat" is more like a comforter in thickness and feel. The blanket part of the mat that is attached (what has Dora on it) is also thin but wide enough to provide ample coverage. The size of this napmat is for a toddler, our daughter is 3 yrs old and 35 lbs. Our niece of 4 years old, 40 lbs., does not fit in it. Her feet hang out. My daughter loved the napmat, but she plays too much in it, and moves around pulling the blanket part causing the mat to twist over (probably due to it's thin quality, if it was a thick actual mat, it wouldn't move when she pulls on the blanket.) I am impressed with how cute it rolls up and makes for easy travel.

Baby Essential Duck Green Buttons Diaper Bag / Cooler Review

I have almost the exact same bag already with one exception, the bag I currently own has a nice size cooler compartment in the back but the bag I just received does not. The tag on the bag even claims there is an insulated pocket but, the only pocket on the back has a velcro closure and no apparent insulation. Very diappointed as my current bag is completely worn out after nearly 4 years of constant use. Not a bad bag if you have no need to keep anything cold.

I love the fact that it turns into a back pack too, but the straps need shoulder pads. I have a Britax Boulevard and it is a tight squeeze getting it in the bag and it is heavy. All that weight on nylon straps cutting through your skin is unpleasant. Overall happy though and would recommend.

(More customer reviews)I got this bag after realizing the Emily was a bit too small for my needs. I wanted a bag with more exterior pockets and a little more internal room. The Jess fits the bill in this respect, with a large back pocket (big enough for a few diapers and wipes or a paperback novel plus your wallet). The two front pockets actually fit sippies (Playtex Straw sippies fit, and you can even close the snap when they are in there). There are 2 super large slip pockets and 3 smaller ( but still large) slip pockets inside, in addition to a roomy zip pocket. This would be an ideal bag if you have a newborn or 2 in diapers. The fabric is soft canvas, but it does have a bit of texture. The top is zip close, no annoying messenger flap. Wide strap adjusts to fit even people over 6'0 tall (men). The fabric sort of melts into your body, so it is easy to carry, not too structured. I do wish the bottom had rubber feet though. Overall a nice, albeit a bit overpriced canvas diaper bag. NOT the bag for you if you are looking to carry just the essentials - definitely a bigger bag!

Dabbawalla Eco-Friendly Lunch Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I've had this lunch bag for over 6 months and it's been great. I wasn't happy when I first received it in the mail because there was an awful odor. I washed it a dozen times and aired it out but it was probably a month before the smell really went away. I did a lot of research and wanted something made of safe materials. It was surprisingly hard to find lunch bags that were cute, not made of vinyl or lead, and the right size. So, I was quite happy to find this one. The monkey is as cute as in the picture. It's also a good size with a mesh pocket inside for sippy or straw cup and another mesh pouch for utensils, etc. It's machine washable which is a big plus. It's held up very well and still looks new. I would recommend this lunch bag but advise to purchase in advance in case it comes straight from the factory and still has an odor. (I don't think all of them will smell because I saw one in a store after I purchased mine and it had no odor at all.)
