(More customer reviews)This bag was a huge disappointment! We had it for less than 3 months and the shoulder strap ripped away from the fabric. The changing pad also slips out from the elastic bands that are supposed to hold it so you have to put it in the main part of the bag, taking away from its convenience. We are now shopping for a new bag that will not fall apart after 10 weeks of use.
